Mit dem Gewinn an individueller Freiheit wächst auch die Distanz zwischen den Personen. Tragisch und komisch wirken die Versuche Yusufs, in die individuell eingerichtete Welt seines Verwandten einzudringen. Die Räume zwischen den Einzelnen und ihrer Welt werden neu vermessen.
